Got it!

After an extremely nerve-racking auction, against only other bidder, the house is ours! Settlement date is set for 27th July.

Thank God - no more weekends wasted traipsing around open homes, no more nuisance phone calls and emails from estate agents and, I almost forgot - no more disposable income!!!

House hunting!

Have been house hunting for the last few weeks. Have finally given up on living in Devonport (way too expensive), and have focussed our efforts on the Brown's Bay area.

Currently seriously looking at a 4 bedroom 3 year old house, which goes to auction on 23rd June.
